Job Details:

As a Customer Success Manager - Market research, you’ll be tasked to manage high complexity accounts and provide operational support for the Sales and Analytics team across North America and APAC Region. You will help build the Pyxis Insights product, scale revenue, manage client needs as well as help to find efficiencies in workstreams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a growing insights department and will have the ability and drive to learn new analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.



Responsibilities 

  • Maintain a client service orientation by managing the day-to-day administration of client service activities and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.
  • Financial Management: participate in financial discussions with team leader and provide necessary inputs
  • Maintain accurate, complete, up-to-date, and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management
  • Serve as primary contact to assigned client contacts on ad-hoc analyses and understand and respond to questions on content, basic data issues/questions, report generation, etc
  • Clear understanding of research and weighting methodology, dashboard/data interpretation, and system workings for problem-solving, critical thinking, system bug support and troubleshooting
  • Undertake sales activities independently or in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation and delivery of proposal and credentials
  • Ensure the generation of required revenue from the assigned client portfolio and proper contract costing in order to meet the agreed budget targets
  • Identify and recommend enhanced and new services that answer clients' business needs
  • Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards


Qualifications

  • Postgraduate or MBA from a well-known institute
  • 3 to 6 years’ experience in Quantitative Consumer Insights role
  • Strong Client Focus and Proactiveness
  • Working knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis
  • Working knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
